Pursuant to art. 13 items 1 and 2 of the general regulation of 27 April 2016 on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) please be advised that:

- Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the statutory obligation arising from the Act of 14 February 1991 - Law on Notaries (Journal of Laws 2017.2291, i.e. 2017.12.11) and other acts related to the performance of notarial activities.
- The recipients of your personal data will be relevant persons, entities, offices, governmental and self-governmental bodies, specified by the provisions of the Acts related to with regard to the notarial activities.
- Your personal data will be stored for the time necessary for civil law claims to expire or for 10 years from the day of the act under article 90 § 1 of the Law on Notaries.
- You have the right of access to your personal data, the right to request rectification, erasure, or restriction of the processing of this data - taking into account the limitations resulting from the GDPR, in particular art. 17(3) GDPR.
- Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country/international organisation.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you infringes the law.
- Providing your personal data is a statutory requirement. You are obligated to provide them and the consequence of failing to do so will be the inability to perform the notarial act.
- You have the right to object to the processing of your data for reasons related to your individual situation until the notarial act is executed.
- You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was done based on your consent before its withdrawal.
- Your data will not be processed by automated means, including in the form of profiling.
